Private Sessions

Teacher Training


Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis private sessions are designed to help you find delight in your body.  Each session is customized to address bio-mechanical issues, resolve pain, and improve performance.
We provide private and group Pre-Training for Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis students
desiring to explore more intensively, focusing on learning to discover one's body in each movement.  This also serves as the first step towards
becoming an instructor.

    With private Gyrotonic sessions, use the European pulley tower, and Jumping Stretching Board to release tight muscles, mobilize joints, and create strength to support new changes towards pain free movement.
